Our boat - Porpoise II

Porpoise II is one of the most powerful charter boats of its size ever built. The twin engines are efficiently silenced and soundproofed to avoid disturbance to wildlife. The boat offers a unique combination of speed, comfort and stability so that you spend less time travelling and have more close encounters with rich wildlife and dramatic scenery.

Enjoy the wind in your face as you speed to your next wildlife encounter. Our high viewing platform lets us spot whales at a distance.

Comfortable ride inside....

Sit in our heated wheelhouse, enjoy an entertaining commentary on the wildlife and sights you encounter, supplemented by videos of local wildlife both above and below the sea.

We provide complimentary binoculars, hot drinks and snacks and have a toilet onboard.

Safety

Your safety is our top priority... Porpoise II is a Revenge 38 renowned for stability and seaworthiness. Comprehensive safety equipment, electronics and skipper qualifications allow our twin engine 12 meter boat to hold the MCA 60 mile licence with no weather restriction - the highest safety certificate held by any wildlife boat in the area.

Pontoon and car park...

There is plenty of room for guests to park in our private car park, just a few meters from our pontoon. The pontoon has ramps to make access to the boat easy for everybody, including wheelchair users.
